A General Purpose appraisals is valid for Estate Settlement, Divorce, Bankruptcy, Tax Appeals, Pre-Sale, and Bail Bonds purposes. Appraisal fee must be paid by cash, check or money order at the time of the property inspection.

Exclusions are custom homes, complex appraisals and/or high value properties, and beach communities. Please call if you have any questions regarding this special offer.
